Here's why it's not a good idea to leave your driving licence in your car:

  • Theft Risk:

If a thief breaks into your vehicle, they may steal your licence along with other valuables.

  • Identity Theft:

A stolen driving licence can be used for various fraudulent activities, including identity theft.

  • Potential for Misuse:

Even if the thief doesn't intend to use it for identity theft, they could potentially misuse it for other purposes.

  • Security Concerns:

Keeping your licence in the car increases the risk of your personal information being compromised.

  • Instead of leaving your licence in the car, it's recommended to:

  • Carry it with you when you are driving.

  • Store it securely at home or in a safe place when not in use.

  • Consider using a secure wallet or document holder.
